The "Municipal Integration Management" (KIM) is a networked advisory service (case management) for people who previously had no or only very limited access to appropriate services. 

Participation in case management is voluntary, free of charge and confidential.

The individual counseling here at SOFRA - Queer Migrants e.V. is primarily aimed at the following target groups: 

Migrant queer people LGBTIQ+ 

Contents of our advice: 

• Individual case counseling (case management) 
• Advice, guidance and support on various topics, such as the transition from school to work, the labor market, asylum and residence 
• Referral to offers and advice centers, e.g. German courses, vocational qualification 
• Accompaniment to regular and specialist services, such as job center, employment agency, immigration office 
• Connection to socio-spatial activities for education, leisure and culture 
• Mediation of LGBTIQ+ offers and networking within the scene
